Listening Devices: Relax, Hear it All
Comfortable headset devices that amplify all stage sounds are available free-of-charge. Please be prepared to leave either your driver’s license or a major credit card at the Box Office, in exchange for the device. Don’t worry, we’ll return it to you at show’s end, once the headset is returned.
Accessible Seating for Special Patrons
Reserved seating in our Orchestra Level comfortably accommodates our physically challenged patrons and their guests. To purchase tickets, call or email our Box Office and let us know your needs.
Booster Seats Elevate Your Sights
Broadway San Jose often presents family shows geared toward all ages. If you or a family member have difficulty seeing above taller patrons seated in front of you, just ask us for a booster seat. Available on a first-come, first-served basis, these boosters are popular, so come to your show early! Friendly reminder: lap-sitters not allowed at most shows and require a special ticket for others. Generally speaking, we don’t recommend live theatre performances for children under 4 years of age.
