1You can choose to Pay in Full or the 10-Pay Payment Plan. If you choose the 10-Pay Payment Plan, your first payment will be charged seven (7) days after the season announcement. The subsequent payments will be on the 15th of each month.

FAQ

  • How Does it Work?
    • Your Broadway San Jose Season Tickets will automatically renew yearly until you cancel. 
    • Because the cost of a Season Ticket may change each year, we will inform you of the amount that your card will be charged at least seven (7) days before the charge is made.
    • On the Season Announcement date each year, you will be able to log into your account to see the shows and verify the cost of your new season. You will not be charged until seven (7) days after the Season Announcement. 
    • If you do not wish to be a part of our Auto Renew Program for the next renewal year, you will need to cancel before the Cancellation Deadline each year. Doing so will cancel your Auto Renew enrollment for all subsequent seasons. You can cancel by calling the Season Ticket Office at 866-395-2929, emailing seasontickets@broadwaysanjose.com, or within your Broadway San Jose account.
    • If you have cancelled Auto Renew, you can always enroll again for the next season renewal by calling the Season Ticket Office at 866-395-2929 or emailing seasontickets@broadwaysanjose.com.
    • For the 2025/2026 Season, you can choose to Pay in Full or the 10-Pay Payment Plan. If you choose the 10-Pay Payment Plan, your subsequent payments will be on the 15th of each month after the month of your first payment.
    • If you wish to cancel the 2025/2026 Season, you may do so by contacting the Season Ticket Office within 30 days of the Season Announcement. If you cancel after your card has been charged, a full refund will be issued.
    • Beginning with the 2025/2026 Season, all Season Ticket Holders with a 6-Show Package will be enrolled in the Auto Renew Program, and will be automatically renewed every subsequent year until you cancel. This does not apply to renewing Season Ticket Holders who have already unenrolled from the Auto Renew Program.
  • Cancellation Deadline

    You may cancel your Auto Renew enrollment for the 2025/26 Season by Friday, February 7, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PST. You can cancel by clicking HERE, logging into your account, calling the Season Ticket Office or emailing seasontickets@broadwaysanjose.com.

  • How Do You Cancel Enrollment?

    By being enrolled in the Auto Renew Program you understand and agree to the following:

    You agree to the Broadway San Jose Terms & Conditions.

    You will be automatically renewed and charged for your season seats each year unless you have already contacted us to cancel your enrollment in the Auto Renew program. This must be done before the Auto Renew Cancellation Deadline each year.

    You understand that the number of productions offered and Season Ticket Holder ticket prices may vary season to season. The total cost of each season will be determined at the time of renewal.

    Advance notification will be sent via email at least 7 days prior to the date of the first scheduled charge. 

    In the event that the credit card on file is declined at the time of payment for any reason, we will make every attempt to contact you for new payment information. If after 30 days from the payment due date we have not obtained new payment information from you, your season seats are subject to cancellation and any tickets you have received (paper or digital) will be deactivated. 

    We will send you an email communication before the season announcement to confirm your credit card as well as your preferred payment plan method for the Season Renewal.

    You may cancel your enrollment in the Auto Renew Program until the Cancellation Deadline each year. You can cancel by clicking HERE, logging into your account, calling the Season Ticket Office or emailing seasontickets@broadwaysanjose.com.

    If selecting a 10-Pay Payment Plan, you will be charged 10% of your total package cost on the date of renewal and 9 equal monthly payments on the 15th of each month.

    If you do not wish to renew after you have been charged for your season package, you may request cancellation within 30 days of the date of the season announcement and a full refund will be issued.

    If you would like to keep your season seats but cancel your Auto Renew enrollment, simply notify us to cancel auto renew for subsequent seasons and you can manually renew your seats before the renewal deadline each year.
