Auto Renew Program

Annual Season Ticket Auto-Renew Program.

We updated our Broadway San Jose Terms & Conditions to now include: Beginning with the 2024/25 Season, all Season Ticket Holders who purchased the 6-Show Package have been enrolled in our Auto-Renew Program, and will be automatically renewed every subsequent year.  You will have peace of mind knowing your seats will remain secure year after year with this risk-free benefit. If you are not interested in the upcoming season, you have up to 30 days after the season announcement to cancel your subscription. All subscribers will be able to choose either to pay in full or a 10-pay payment plan.

NOTHING TO LOSE!

  • Season Ticket Holders will not be charged on the day the season is announced. You will be charged one week after the announcement. This will allow you to log in to your online Account Manager to view the shows and package price, at which time you can cancel your subscription at no cost to you. If you decide to cancel after the first payment has been charged, you can request a full refund for up to 30 days after the season announcement.
  • As a Season Ticket Holder, you will be automatically enrolled in Auto Renew every season. If you do not wish to be a part of our Auto Renew Program for the subsequent season, you can opt out by clicking HERE, logging into your account, calling the Season Ticket Office or emailing seasontickets@broadwaysanjose.com.

FAQ

  • How Does it Work?
    1. Every Season Ticket Holder who has a 6-Show Package is enrolled in Auto Renew for subsequent seasons as per our updated Terms & Conditions.
    2. One week after the season is announced, we’ll charge your card to your designated option of pay in full or payment plan and you’ll be all set. If you change your mind once the season is revealed, contact us within 30 days of the season announcement and we will issue a full refund and cancel your seats.
    3. As a Season Ticket Holder, you will receive an email confirmation 15 days prior to the first charge letting you know when the Season will be announced and confirming what card and payment plan option are set for the renewal.

    You may opt out of Auto Renew for the 2025/26 Season by Friday, February 7, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PST. You can opt out by clicking HERE, logging into your account, calling the Season Ticket Office or emailing seasontickets@broadwaysanjose.com.

    By being enrolled in the Auto Renew Program you understand and agree to the following:

    1. You agree to the Broadway San Jose Terms & Conditions.
    2. You will be automatically renewed and charged for your season seats each year unless you have already contacted us to opt out of the Auto Renew program. This must be done before the Auto Renew opt out deadline each year.
    3. You understand that the number of productions offered and Season Ticket Holder ticket prices may vary season to season. The total cost of each season will be determined at the time of renewal.
    4. Advance notification of upcoming credit card charges will be sent via email at least 5 business days prior to the date of the scheduled charge. 
    5. In the event that the credit card on file is declined at the time of payment for any reason, we will make every attempt to contact you for new payment information. If after 30 days from the payment due date we have not obtained new payment information from you, your season seats are subject to cancellation and any tickets you have received (paper or digital) will be deactivated. 
    6. We will send you an email communication before the season launch to confirm your credit card as well as your preferred payment plan method for the Season Renewal.
      • You may cancel your initial enrollment in the Auto Renew Program at any time up until the Auto Renew opt out deadline each year. You can opt out by clicking HERE, logging into your account, calling the Season Ticket Office or emailing seasontickets@broadwaysanjose.com.
    7. If selecting a 10 Step Payment Plan, you will be charged 10% of your total package cost on the date of renewal and 9 equal monthly payments on the 15th of each month.
    8. If you do not wish to renew after you have been charged for your season package, you may request a cancellation within 30 days of the date of the season announcement and a full refund will be issued.
    9. If you would like to keep your season seats but opt out of the Auto Renew Program, simply notify us to opt out for the subsequent season and you can manually renew your seats before the renewal deadline.
