By enrolling in the Auto-Renew Program you understand and agree to the following:

  • You will be first in line for 2020-2021 Season Seat Upgrades (based on availability).
  • Your credit card information used to enroll will be the same credit card information used to auto-renew and pay your season tickets according to your selected payment plan for the 2020-21 Season and every season thereafter.*
  • If selecting a 5 Payment Plan Enrollment (exclusive to those who enroll in the Auto-Renew program) , you will be charged 20% of your total renewal cost on the date of renewal and 4 equal monthly payments thereafter.*
  • You will be notified via email up to two weeks prior to the season announcement and date of charge.
  • If you do not wish to renew after you have been charged, you may request a cancellation within 30 days of the date of charge and a full refund will be issued.
  • You may cancel your enrollment at any time without penalty by calling Season Ticket Services at (866) 395-2929.

Payment plan dates to be determined. Advanced notice regarding first day of renewal will be emailed to you. Total cost to be determined at time of renewal. A one-time $10 will be applied to the 2nd payment of any multi-payment plans selected. An email confirmation will be sent once payment has been processed and including any details regarding your payment plan. How does it work?

  1. Enroll today with a $100 (fully refundable) deposit. This is only charged upon enrollment and it’s applied to your package cost.  Once enrolled, we’ll renew you automatically season after season.
  2. When the season is announced, which is typically late January / early February each year, we’ll charge your card according to your designated payment choice (pay in full or 5 payments) and you’ll be all set.  If you change your mind once the season is revealed, contact us within 30 days of the first charge and we will issue a full refund and cancel your seats.
  3. When it is time for seat upgrades, Auto-Renew participants get the FIRST CHOICE of available seats.
  4. You will be automatically renewed season after season, and we will always notify you prior to charging your card.
  5. You may cancel your initial enrollment and receive a refund of your $100 deposit at any time prior to the season announcement without penalty by calling Season Ticket Services at (866) 395-2929 (M – F, 8am – 6:30pm, Saturday, 10am – 4pm).
  6. If you change your mind and do not wish to renew once the season is revealed and your card has been charged, contact us within 30 days of the first charge and we will issue a full refund and cancel your seats.
  7. If you would like to keep your season seats but opt out of the Auto-Renew program, simply notify us to discontinue.  We will no longer renew your seats automatically each year.  To keep your seats, you will need to renew manually each year by the designated deadline.

Five (5) Payment Plan Details

FIVE (5) PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

  • Season Announcement Day (Jan):  The card on file will be charged for 20% of your total and an email notification will be sent.
  • March 14:  The second 20% payment will be charged + the $10 payment plan fee and an email notification will be sent.
  • April 14, May 14, & June 14:  Final 3 payments will be charged on these dates.

NOTE:  Your $100 deposit will be deducted from your total before your first payment is charged.  

Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Auto-Renew Program you understand and agree to the following:

  1. You agree to the Broadway San Jose Ticket Terms and Conditions listed in full on the Season Ticket Services page.
  2. You will be automatically renewed and charged for your season seats each year unless you contact us to opt out of the Auto-Renew program.
  3. You understand that the number of productions offered and Season Ticket Holder ticket prices may vary season to season. The total cost of each season will be determined at the time of renewal.
  4. Advance notification of upcoming credit card charges will be sent via email at least 5 business days prior to the date of the scheduled charge.
  5. In the event that the credit card on file is declined at the time of payment for any reason, we will make every attempt to contact you for new payment information. If after 30 days from the payment due date we have not obtained new payment information from you, your season seats are subject to cancellation and any tickets you have received (paper or digital) will be deactivated.
  6. Your one-time $100 auto-renew deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your next season renewal. If a payment plan is chosen, $100 will be deducted from your total and then payment plans will be applied.
  7. The credit card used to pay the $100 auto-renew deposit will be the same credit card charged for your season tickets unless we hear from you otherwise.
  8. You may cancel your initial enrollment in the Auto-Renew program at any time prior to the season announcement for a full refund of your $100 deposit by calling Season Ticket Services.
  9. If selecting a 5 Payment Plan, you will be charged 20% of your total renewal cost on the date of renewal (typically late Jan/early Feb) and 4 equal monthly payments on the 14th of each month in March, April, May and June.
  10. If you do not wish to renew after you have been charged for your season package, you may request a cancellation within 30 days of the date of the first charge and a full refund will be issued.
  11. If you would like to keep your season seats but opt out of the Auto-Renew program, simply notify us to discontinue. We will no longer renew your seats automatically each year. To keep your seats, you will need to renew manually each year by the designated deadline.
