*Since Phantom of the Opera begins on a Wednesday, Tuesday subscribers will attend Week 2 of the engagement. All other subscribers will be defaulted to Week 1. You will have an opportunity to exchange your tickets into Week 2 when Subscriber Benefit begin in early May.

A zero-interest payment plan is available starting at $25* per month for 10 months!
All Season Packages include a per-ticket facility fee and subscription fee with the exception of Black Friday Packages. Full Season Packages includes an additional $12/seat Rita Moreno Awards Contribution.
Season Subscribers will receive two complimentary tickets to the upcoming Rita Moreno Award Ceremony. Information on how to redeem tickets will be sent via email in mid-April when single tickets go on sale to the public.
*Your monthly payment will vary depending on when you purchase the package and how many add-on shows you select at the same time. You will be charged the 1st payment when you purchase the package. Subsequent payments will be on the 15th of each month until December 2026.
How Do I Subscribe?
- Online: Follow the steps below to subscribe online.
- Select the performance time you would like to subscribe to.
- Select the seat(s) you want, then click on the Cart in the upper-right hand corner.
- Review your selection and then click ‘Checkout’.
- If you’re not already logged into your Broadway San Jose account, you will be prompted to log in at this time.
- Select your Payment Options. You can choose to ‘Pay In Full’ or the interest-free payment plan. First payment is due at time of purchase. The following payments will be on the 15th of each month until December 2026.
- Enter your credit card information if you do not have a card on-file.
- Select the box to accept the terms and then click ‘Pay Today’. You will also receive an email confirmation.
- Phone: Call the Season Ticket Office at (866) 395-2929 (Mon – Fri 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Sat 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.)

Auto Renew Disclosure
We have updated our terms and conditions which now include the following:
All Broadway San Jose Season Ticket Holders with a 6 or 5-show package are automatically enrolled in our Auto Renew program and will be automatically renewed every subsequent season until you opt out. If you do not wish to be a part of our Auto Renew program for the next renewal season, you will need to opt out before the opt out deadline. Doing so will cancel your Auto Renew enrollment for all subsequent seasons until you opt back in. You can opt out by calling the Season Ticket Office at 866-395-2929, emailing seasontickets@broadwaysanjose.com, or within your Broadway San Jose account.
