Our 2011-12 Season
Our 2011-2012 Season promises to be our biggest and best season yet, filled with one spectacular show after another. It includes the Bay Area Premiere of MARY POPPINS, which will bring its own brand of Broadway magic to the Center for Performing Arts; and the Bay Are premier of the Tony Award®-winning new musical MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET, inspired by the true story of four rock ‘n’ roll icons, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins and Elvis Presley. Our season also includes the South Bay debuts of SHREK THE MUSICAL based on DreamWorks’ Shrek and IN THE HEIGHTS, winner of four 2008 Tony Awards® and the 2008 Grammy® Award for Best Musical Show Album. To top off the season, we’re thrilled to present two Broadway favorites, WEST SIDE STORY and BEAUTY AND THE BEAST. Our line-up also includes a special engagement of CATS for the entire family.
