This is where you can find information about our season, theatre and ticket exchange information. Please also note that Broadway San Jose offers Season Ticket holders a special price for additional tickets. If you have friends or family you would like to introduce to Broadway San Jose, you can take advantage of this exclusive benefit to August 1 -5, 2011 to ensure great seats.

TICKET EXCHANGE AND ADDITIONAL PURCHASE INFORMATION

To Exchange Tickets:

All exchanges are based on availability. Exchange Requests must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled performance, or be completed by 5:00pm on Friday evening for Saturday and Sunday performances. Exchanges may be only made within the same production and upgrade fees will apply when exchanging from a weekday performance into a weekend performance.

By Phone

Simply call the Season Ticket Holder Hotline (866)395-2929. $3.00 fee applies

By Fax

Cut your tickets in half and make a copy. Fax the copy along with a note listing your name, account ID, contact information and requested performance to: 877-703-8142. *We ask that you please call 866-395-2929 to confirm receipt of fax.

In person

Exchange tickets at the SJTIX Box Office in the San Jose Convention Center during business hours (9am-5pm, Monday through Friday).
