SEASON TICKET HOLDER COURTESY DAYS

Season Ticket Holders can exchange or purchase additional tickets for each production in advance of the general public during the week of August 20 - 24, 2012. After these dates, seats will be re-allocated for sale to the general public and will no longer be available. Please contact us during courtesy days to ensure the very best selection of seats for all your additional purchases and exchanges.


MISSED SHOW POLICY
ALL ticket exchanges MUST be made at least 24 hours prior to the performance (or, by 5pm on Friday for Saturday and Sunday performances). If you have missed your regularly scheduled performance, we will make every effort to arrange for you to see another performance of the same production. Bring your unused tickets to the box office at the San Jose Center for Performing Arts 20 minutes prior to the performance you wish to attend. Based on availability, the box office will attempt to arrange alternate seating for that show.

Please note: “Missed Show” seating is based on availability and is not guaranteed. This will not be offered for every show or performance. Please call ahead to check availability of the performance you are considering attending.
