Exchange Requests must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled performance, or be completed by 5:00pm on Friday evening for Saturday and Sunday performances. Exchanges may be only made within the same production and upgrade fees may apply.

If you have missed your regularly scheduled performance, we will make every effort to arrange for you to see another performance of the same production. Bring your unused tickets to the box office at the San Jose Center for the Performing Arts 20 minutes prior to the performance you wish to attend. Based on availability, the box office will attempt to arrange alternate seating for that show. Your replacement tickets will almost certainly be in the Balcony.Please note: “Missed Show” seating is based on availability and is not guaranteed.
